Where things stood.
Food suppliers and their restaurant customers still run most of their relationship on WhatsApp, PDF price lists, and repeat phone calls.
Fahem! is the tool that moves it into one catalog, one basket, and one history — without asking either side to change how they already work.
What we were asked to solve.
B2B buyers don't shop like retail consumers — they re-order, they argue about prices, and they care deeply about which supplier delivers today.
The product had to feel instantly familiar to the buyer, while giving the supplier a real merchandising surface that could compete with their offline relationships.
How we built it.
We split the product into two tightly linked experiences — a mobile app for the buyer and a web console for the supplier — that share one catalog and one order timeline.
Re-order patterns, saved baskets, and quick-add flows made daily purchasing frictionless. The supplier console focused on price updates, promotions, and delivery windows — the things their sales staff actually ask for.

The most-ordered basket is one tap away on the home screen — the single most used flow for repeat buyers.
Price-change alerts
Buyers get clear notifications when a supplier updates a line item they buy regularly.
Supplier console
CSV import, bulk pricing, delivery-window editor, and a promotion scheduler — all in one web console.
Order timeline
Every order lives on a timeline that both sides can reference, with status, notes, and delivery receipts.
